A homeless man’s poem

I was in Caversham the other day, when a homeless man came up to me and handed me his poem. He told me it was how he thought we should live our lives and choose what we eat. I’m putting the poem here because, if I wrote a poem, I’d put it on here. But he probably doesn’t have a computer. (I’m leaving spelling and grammar exactly as he wrote it).
